"Check in was slow but beyond that the stay was great. Small but comfortable room. Comfy bed, good shower. Why can't the US use proper porcelain mugs/cups and proper glasses? All of this plastic (and wrapping them, too) is unsustainable. Breakfast was good. Outdoor pool area really well maintained and attractive. Thank you."

"This property had lots of green spaces, services and decent dining in the near vicinity. However there were a few issues. Soon after checking in we discovered the toilet didn’t flush. A maintenance man arrived in minutes to solve the issue. It misbehaved 2 more times afterwards to which we fixed it ourselves. The front door was difficult to open. Thankfully we have enough muscle power to open the door. No way an elder guest could get the door open. Our door was missing the swing latch. The bed...
