"Sejour décevant. Cet hotel récemment rénové n'est pas au niveau. 10 minutes pour avoir de l'eau chaude. Des chaines de la TV ne fonctionnaient pas. La réception a été informée mais personne n'est intervenu. La porte de la salle d'eau cogne à l'ouverture sur la télévision. Idem avec la porte de l'armoire qui cogne sur le chevet .le 1er jour, le petit déjeuner se limitait a viennoiseries, cafe, yaourt er fruits. Pas de fromages, pas de charcuterie, ni oeuf ! "

"Absolutely awful! Dirty, noisy, TV not working, staff not helpful with ordering a taxi to ferry terminal. Even Calais tourist office said not to stay in this accomodation. Overall the worst wannabe hotel I've ever stayed in."
