"I asked to pay for a room upgrade one week ahead. I was told it was not possible without canceling my current booking and being charged the full stay. When I arrived at the property i was giving a room with 1 missing door because it broke the week prior and the main slider (floor to ceiling) would come of the hinges. If the hotel knew there was a broken door i should had been notified. I walked to another cabin the next day after i checked in to look if there cabin was the same. I took a video....

"This is a beautiful property with a wonderful view of coffee plantations, the mountains and valley. Breakfast was one of the best we had in the area, but too bad they don't have open the restaurant for dinner or lunch. The place is in good condition although there are very few details that can be fixed, but not easily spotted. The pool is beautiful and has different activities to do in the same place. "
