"I was not provided the accommodations I booked (a single room) so I stayed in a too cold dorm room with 6 others. Outside was the air was polluted with diesel gas fumes. And the area was not scenic. "

It is located in the entertainment district in Malate, but I was not bothered by noise from these venues, nor did I in any way feel unsafe when walking in the area during the day or early evening. The hostel has a good Wifi service and I found the staff to be friendly. I am certain I will stay at this hostel again in the future."

They would go to a nearby street food vendor and bring us something with always rice in it. It's strange for us to eat rice for breakfast. The location is in a very populated dirty area where you have to be very attentive not to fall in an open sewerage well. The smell is terrible. I don't recommend this hotel...

"This is my first time using the Pacific Bay Grand Suites desk at this building and my second time staying in the building. The property is well situated about a minute walk from Robinson Mall. The pool is really nice. Staff is great and check in/check out couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommended"
