"This hotel has so much potential. It really needs a lot of TLC to be part of the IHG recognition it would like. The infrastructure of the hotel is there. Please modernise it. The service from check in counter to restaurant crew - 5/5. The staff cannot be faulted in any way. But you can only work with what you have. The restaurant - buffet price even with promotion is not worth it for the choice you have for food. Do check it first before going as ala carte may be a better option....

"It is a nice hotel for a short stay. Though when i checked in early the room assigned to me was hot even though the aircon is on its just the cold air is not that strong and i have to asked for electric fan. The hotel location is near local market."

"This hotel is upmarket. Staff are extremely attentive and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s a large shopping mall about 5 minutes easy walk away and Manila airport is around 30 minutes drive at non peak times. During peak the drive to the airport takes about an hour. "

The rooms don’t have power outlets beside the beds for customers to use cpap machines. The deluxe rooms are so tiny it’s difficult for a normal sized person to move around without bumping into everything. The bathrooms are small. "
