"Wonderful corner unit with a view. Building was nice and quiet even with the festival going on. Host was gracious and let us store our luggage in the unit until check in. I would highly recommend this property to visitors of the Iloilo area. Clean, quiet and comfortable."

"Deceiving. It says one room and can accommodate 6 people but there’s zero room and can barely accommodate 3 people comfortably that I end up adding another room. Parking is extra. The location was great but the hotel rules is out of this world. Customer Service is ZERO. The first day we got there, they provided 5 towels for 10 people. They are more concern of their house rules than making their guest happy. I will never go back to this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone."

"I came with a group of elderly women who needed dental work done. The location was convenient because it was close to their dentist and we were able to stay together in one room. Otherwise, if I was there for other reasons, I would not have stayed there. . WiFi was not good . Breakfast menu was not what we expected. I stayed there in January and it was breakfast buffet back then. "
