"Room was small but good for one person. There is a nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away, and the town of Albi 10 minutes driving and worth a visit. The staff was very friendly. Overall very good for the price. "

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining...

He was friendly, super helpful and provided lots of information such as where we could park, great restaurants and how to get to the old town which was very walkable. "If you are an American...you are just going to be upset. We travel a lot, but this was really bad. Rude staff, very unhelpful. No elevator and no help to lug your suitcase up the stairs. The tiny bathroom had no light...not really a room, just a corner of the room separated by a half wall. The other corner has a tiny tab...shower is communal, outside the room. Just a very bed experience all around"
