"I had reserved 3 rooms months in advance to attend a concert. The room the I got was nice as was the one that I reserved for our friend. Unfortunately when i tried to check in and pay for my brother's room the clerk couldn't find a reservation in his or my name. We were totally surprised by that.He ended up having to go elsewhere. "

"Rooms are great, only issue is, upon checkin they require a security deposit of up to 100.00 usd, but upon booking through expedia or another website it doesnt explain the security deposits. Which was a huge setback in my case. Also the website needs fixed because they do not offer a continental breakfast as the website states. "
