"If you’re looking to be away from the tourists in Tekapo, this is the place. Only 15 minutes away, it’s almost the middle of nowhere, in a good way. Just a few rooms, in a beautiful mountain setting, and if it hadn’t been so cloudy the starry sky would have been amazing. Quirky retro display across the highway and local history on display. Owner was very kind and helpful. "
