"Nos hemos quedado en varios hoteles de esta cadena, este es el más nuevo. El checkin fue demorado, nos entregaron una cabaña con la piscina verde y sucia por lo cual nos ofrecieron cambiarnos, tuvimos que esperar bastante tiempo para ingresar a la propiedad. Alrededor de las 5:30 ingresamos a la propiedad y cuando solicitamos un late check out por el inconveniente la manager nos dijo que nosotros habíamos solicitado un cambio voluntario, lo cual no fue así, y que no había sido por la piscina....

"The staff was very kind. The only issue was that q curtan came down and the repair was poor because it felt down again. We stayed in the suit with a private pool that turned out to be a jacuzzi but the jets were not working. The food was good but it’s only vegetarian. The walk to beach is about 15 mins, and the walk to the mains street is about 15 min but at night was very dark so we drove. "

"Amazing spot right in front of the beach and next to the lagoon! Somehow both modern and rustic, private balcony with hammocks, great internet. Only complaint would be the curtain rods which fell off any time you touched them. We had a wonderful stay!"

"A really nice place out of noise but also right in the main road. While we were here we experienced some difficulties, however we decided to hope that we were just unlucky. First of all, if the directions have not been corrected it can be pretty hard to find the place. If you just go for the salsa studio called Timbal on street 3 and then turn right on the road directly after Timbal and before Prima Luna, go to the end and the Hostel will be there. "Deze locatie is geschikt wanneer je een echte basic ervaring wilt. Breng zeker ook je eigen eten mee en wel alvorens je naar de locatie toegaat. De weg 7 km er naartoe is bijna onbegaanbaar voor normale auto's. bij aankomst was onze boeking onbekend. De kamer had geen airco of enige bescherming tegen ongedierte door de deuren of ramen heen. En we hadden geen stromend water. Het winkeltje heeft nauwelijks assortiment en het restaurant nauwelijks hygiëne en smakelijk eten"

"Very friendly, very helpful. When our driver couldn't make it to the Casa to take us to Santa Marta airport for our flight to Bogota, Marisela took us both in our car and drove the hour and 15 minutes to drop us off at the airport. Even though we don't speak much Spanish at all, her entire staff took the effort to communicate with us in English throughout our stay. The location is fantastic and you have the choice of tenting on the beach to common dorm type accomodation to a couple of rooms...

"My husband and I would happily recommend Primaluna to visitors! Our room was large with plenty of shelves. (It's great to have plenty of space to put your things.) The pool is a bit small, but we still managed to swim some (short) laps. The breakfast is great - made to order - and the restaurant is good too. Staff was nice, and the beach is close. "
