"Super noisy, I could not sleep at all "

"Hotel reception was presentable, but the hallway on each floor was really old /dirty. All rooms, except one on 4th floor , without windows. Therefore there’s mead smell as we walked in, even though the room was clean with wood/plastic floor. We paid extra to get room with window, which helped a lot. Receptionist was very courteous and accommodating whatever we requested. We had to ask for everything incl housekeeping, water bottles, etc…we should not expect for more with the price we had paid...

"Arrivés en cours de nuit (4h30 matin) et bien que nuit déjà réglée (3 au total) nous n'étions pas attendus...chambre non faite (pas de papier toilette, lit non préparé, pas de nécessaire pour se laver ni serviettes...). Pas d'eau chaude le matin, pas bonne propreté générale. Suite échange le matin avec couple franco vietnamien après petit déjeuner (café, pain, 2 œufs) longuement attendu même expérience pour eux et incompréhension de la note 10 (1 seul voyageur). En résumé nous avons préféré...
