"This is a great, convenient hotel near the park. We were able to have a afternoon visit to the park and again in the morning due to the extension of our ticket by the hotel and it’s proximity. We were very happy with our stay. It was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was just opposite and started early. Excellent buffet with lots to choice from. Staff were friendly and very helpful. "We took the bus from Split to Plitvice, so our options for hotels were limited to what we could walk to from the bus station. I think there were probably better options than this one, however, though the convenience it afforded for walking from the bust station and then into the park were the reason for booking it. Otherwise, the beds and bedspreads were old (looked very 1970s, though...I thought the hotel was refurbished after the 1990s war...) The restaurant was alright, though after...

"The hotel was closed. There was nobody. We waited there and we tried calling one nummer and nobody answered. We found another number on the hostel page and a guy answered. He gave us another number and the guy told us the hostel got closed on the day before and that Expedia shouldn't have let us book. He offered an accomodation for the night asking me to cancel the reservation and that he would call once he had found that accomodation. We didn't get any call so we had to find ourselves another...
