"A combination of this useless app and some idiot had placed the marker pin for this Hotel 150km away from where it actually is. So what a waste of money ! Tried in vain to recover my funds from Hotel .com or the Hotel, both blamed the other !! No refund. Awful treatment of customer from both parties. Goes with out saying i will never use this app again, watch out !! If You have a genuine problem you can forget getting your money back !! "

"The room is nice and clean. Toilet & shower area is spacious. Restaurant breakfast selection is good. Recommend to have your dinner at the hotel as the food is tasty and fresh. The whole compound is huge, nice with fresh flowers and very well maintained. Highly recommend to stay here. "

"Parking spaces are limited, not adequate.. Guests have to park on roadside. Room has no closet to keep clothings. Breakfast is not up to standard expectation. Food quality is not good. All these are controversial to the room price. Price should be 30% lower for the place to match its standard."

Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it.
