"This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal. "This was our families 5th Holiday trip to Splash Harbor. When you have younger children, the "water park" is big enough for them to have fun and a little freedom, but still small enough that you can keep your eye on them at all times. Hotel itself is very clean. Staff has always been wonderful. Pool hours are great 8am-10pm accommodates 4pm check-in and 11pm check-out. We have requested the connecting rooms each stay and been fortunate enough to get them. For some reason a 12, 8, 6, 4 and 2 year...
