"We stayed here for a small group retreat and it was great! The property was clean and organized and had plenty of amenities. The hot tub was great and clean. We also love the little welcome goodies we received- it was a great touch! They also had more kitchenware, towels, than stated so that was great- no need to worry about bring too many extras!"

"Stayed for a week and ventured around. Area is very rustic. Mountain views are beautiful. Deer roamed the area. House had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very accomodating. Very private. Area had local vendors, food, pharmacy and parks near by."

Is was just going to be a big plus that it had a fire pit, hot tub, ping pong table, and that it was designed to the 9's in its own very specific way. This place did not disappoint at all. "We arrived to a clean and cozy place off the beaten path. Lots of wildlife to view. Deer were in the yard. If you know Tennessee then you know you can exspect some insects indoors during the winter months. Host was quick to answer any questions. overall 10/10"
