Staff were friendly and accommodating, but do recommend some patience if you don’t speak Italian. Room was clean and exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed and facilites as expected. "

They provided everything for a comfortable stay, and no issues at all with their services. However, the lock to my door drove me crazy. Marble floors, no carpets, bad insulation (single glazed windows) and small radiators which were on for just 14 hours per day - and not in the night (23.00-07.00)!
