"Check-in was a pain. There were no signs in English. The rooms were a little noisy also for those that are light sleepers you might want to stay elsewhere. Overall a nice hotel though."

"We stayed here one night as part of a cycle touring holiday. The bikes were stored in their locked staff rear parking area, although it was not possible to charge the e bike- we could only take the battery off the bike and charge it in the room. The hotel was quiet and typical for a two star family run hotel. Breakfast was good. "

"Great location, clean and well serviced. I didn't pay attention to how many stars (2) when I booked, so was a bit shocked when I learned about it later. This place far exceeded my expectations. Front staff spoke enough English and I spoke enough French that everything was great. I arrived early and they stored by luggage for me. Also, they booked a cab for early early AM pickup for me. This place is a gem!"

"The property is commensurate with the buildings surrounding it. Internally the bedroom was clean, freshly decorated and included all necessities for a good hotel stay. The staff in particular were efficient, helpful and very friendly."

"The hotel is near a commercial area but this does not impact on its surroundings- the owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a large room with an adjoining dressing room and en-suite bathroom very spacious clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves traditional French food we ate there three nights and each meal was very enjoyable . Would recommend this hotel if visiting the area. "

"Hotel très bien situé dans le petit port du Fret . L'accueil de la direction est minimal , nous n'avons pas eu de chance : panne de la chaudière donc pas d'eau chaude pour la douche du matin. Aucun geste commercial!"

"Beautifully furnished downstairs area, including seating for dinner outside at the front and in the garden at the back. Rooms are comfortable and have a great view. The food is delicious and reflects the local area. "
