"I was very happy with the room itself and the price I paid for it booking only couple of days beforehand. Nice and fresh with lots of storage and a clean ensuite bathroom I'd compare the facilities to Travelodge or Ibis(but no TV). However. This being a university campus, it was A bit difficult to find and park in the correct place and was quite a walk to reception and the actual room. "Had a lovely few nights here in Oct 24. Very comfy room, easy check in and lovely location. A few comments: Breakfast - there is a lovely breakfast basket in the room with plates, bowls and cutlery. It has porridge, muesli & muffins as well as fruit, milk and yogurt in the fridge. There’s a dining table downstairs if you want somewhere to sit and eat. "The flat was not as it looked in the pictures. Turned out to be a pokey studio flat with a view that had other windows looking down into it from a distance of 10 feet away. Coupled with the sound of roosting pigeons just 5ft outside the window as it was a kind of courtyard. The advert stated free parking. This is incorrect these properties have NO parking onsite. My partner and I didn’t stay, we relocated to a premierinn. I would avoid this place. "
