"We enjoyed the location, but unfortunately the rooms where smaller than other caravans I have had holidays in. It was difficult to move around in the bedrooms. Some fixtures where not fixed properly and some of the blinds where dirty when we rolled them down.The Kitchen / living room areas where clean and had everything you needed for your stay. "The lady that booked me in was friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable. All the facilities were in excellent working order and the fact that my room had a bath was a definite bonus. The rooms are very close to everything and I plan to visit Skegness again in February and will definitely book this property again if it is vacant."
