"The front desk employee at check in was the absolute sweetest and very helpful. The mid century decor is so well put together. Our only complaint was the pull out couch. The mattress was nothing but springs and unacceptable for a child to have to sleep on. We purposely booked a room with a pull out couch since we have two kiddos with us. "

"Keep in mind they charge a $250 deposit upon arrival and blame their websites for it. Disrespectful and rude ownership. The parking lot is very small if you own a commercial vehicle, and there are too many cats wandering around at night, even though they don’t accept pets. I don’t recommend this place. Stay somewhere else."

"Had been overbooked so long line of people at checkin. Clerk explaining they didn’t have any rooms even though the customer had paid and had confirmation. My room key wouldn’t work so had to keep coming back to the main desk into this chaos. Took an hour to get into my room after I had the first key. "

The only issue we had with this stay was because I used my Hotel. Com rewards-for my stay. At check in I was told the amount for the room but had to show my receipt that said $0. Evidently, Hotels. However, when booking this room, no deposit was specified - in fact nothing about a deposit was specified. "Breakfast was terrible! No cereal nasty eggs and sausage. Elevator was broke they said it had been for a year. No other rooms available and there was no info about that till we were there. My disabled veteran father had to climb stairs to get to the room with extreme arthritis in his knees. The wifi was pointless you could connect but there was still no internet access. Sink counter in bathroom looked like it was going to fall if any pressure was put on it. Half the lights in the room didn't...

"We had additional fees at check in, bed sheets were stained, the tv. did not work due to poor internet connections. Bed was extremely soft and had to check in and wait to get $30 deposit back at check out, have never had to do that. I could have stayed cheaper in a nicer place without a reservation. Was very disappointed. "
