"location is good , staff also good, only the 1st room heater was spoil, report to the front desk in the middle of the night and the guy come to my room and said is normal, the whole night was nightmare for me, the think blanket never leaft my body at all. lucky next morning, a lady front desk come to my room and decided to change the room for me, now i'm in the good room and good night sleep "

"I stayed here for 3 nights on a work trip. The room was fantastic, spacious with a mini kitchenette. Very handy. Bed was really comfortable to sleep in and there was a nice sized table to sit at in the evening. Staff at reception were fantastic!! However, it's MASSIVELY confusing when you first arrive because nowhere on Hotels.com does it tell you that the Kirk Suites are part of the Zsleep hotel adjoining them. So when you're looking for the Kirk Suites reception, there isn't one!! You can't...

"Rigtig fin overnatningsmulighed, dog skulle vi lige bruge lidt tid på at finde ud af hvordan vi modtog adgangskoden til hytten, her på Hotels.com står der, at man 24 timer inden ankomst vil modtage det, men efter kontakt til udlejer, 5 timer før ankomst havde vi fortsat ikke modtaget det, det viser sig at man først får oplysningerne efter kl. 10.00 samme dag som ankomsten. "We had a family room, beds were comfy. Good sized room with lovely window to let in the breeze. Easy to find and park. Great if you wish a 20 min drive from legoland as we did. Kitchen well equipped. It was like a little home..the only downside was not knowing before the booking that the onsite pool was only open for 3 hours a day. However we loved our stay anyway. I would say its a great place for familys. Lots of space outside"
