"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"Nice and big room for its price .Bathroom is OK. Very clean as well. Wifi Is excellent . The bar didn't work , there are very few places to eat outside in the area , especially late in the evening. The room was very cold. Heating came on the second day but not enough. Otherwise convenient for my trip to the tv station, within walking distance. "

"Check inn was good, dinner great, room nice however due to room location once I’d gone to bed the team decided to have dinner at the table directly adjacent to my room so it was very noisy also the check out lady refused to believe that we’d prepaid for our rooms & insisted we pay again despite email evidence form Expedia, she was also extremely rude & deliberately unhelpful."
