"It is what you expect a budget hotel to be. The room was clean and the staff made our bed and gave us new towels everyday. The washroom layout was a bit strange but it worked fine. The staff was friendly and was able to answer our questions. The breakfast was not really worth the price. The room does not have a kettle or fridge and a hairdryer has to be loaned from reception in exchange for a piece of ID, which we thought was strange but it worked out fine. "Staff and breakfast and laundry service were good. No elevator and room was cold despite heater. We were in their “family” room which was accessed through a narrow staircase outside. Bathroom had no ventilation. Water pressure in shower was great however you had to hold the the shower wand since there was no place to put it, no shelves in the shower for soap or shampoo. "

"Absolutely the best experiences iv ever had thank you for the team for making me feel comfortable. Also i would definitely come back again when im in paris. Thank you. But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away. Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome...
