"The price of this place is amazing and therefore a very good value. There were a few cleaning issues that we noticed, but overall the room was clean. We did have an issue with someone smoking in one of the rooms next to us one night and because the rooms are set up as basically central air situation and not the individual room heating and cooling units that normal hotels have, the smoke from that room came in to our room through the vents. "Bit dated property, but they make do. I don't expect a lot, but it was clean, no bugs, beds were decent. I never turned on the TV and cannot comment on that. Toilet seems dated, the hot water could have been hotter but that's a personal preference. Breakfast was lacking, some token effort a protein or eggs would be nice - but this is normal for 2024. It was quiet, no drama, no thugs and 10 hours of bass outdoors - i'll be back"

"Made reservation days in advance . Was supposed to be there for 4 nights , as I was volunteering for storm cleanup in neighboring town. Got there and was told there were no rooms. Had to drive 30 miles out of the way to find another room. Not even an apology. Worst hotel experience ever. "
