"My only, or main, complaint is how insufficient the laundry room is. Only one washer and dryer for occupants of a whole hotel to use. Everytime i went there it was being used. "

"Our visit was during a major road repair/construction time, and the entrance was difficult to find. Once in the room, we noted a 'running toilet' which was cycling about every 3 minutes. After notifying the staff, and being told that nothing could be done about it until morning, we shut off the water and had a peaceful night. The next day, we turned on the water, which did not repeat the running cycle, and advised the desk that the toilet still needed to be fixed. Upon return, it was not. It...

"Lots of restaurants around the property and close to Athens and the outlet mall"

"Didn't like the fact there were no GRAB BARS at all for the tub. Couldn't use tub because there was nothing there to grab hold to for getting safely out of the tub. Also need something in bottom of tub to keep it from being slippery. My only complaint. Everything else was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for a great stay. Will use you again."
