We were mightily impressed by the quality of the room, its layout, its cleanliness, the fun in-room bathtub, the luxurious shower, the in-room coffee and espresso machines (thank God!), the view from the balcony out over the beach (plus there were two additional mini balconies!), and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. "Nice room in a nice location 10 mins walk to the port. Semi sea view (it's half blocked). Anita was very helpful. My only and main issue is there was no WiFi which can be a deal breaker if you don't have roaming data. "

"This was a really nice place to stay in Split and not be alone. Shared a room with 3 people. Easy to secure stuff. Clean bathroom. Close to old town, palace, riva, port. Very walkable. Taxi drop off and pick up is a couple blocks away. There are some stairs to some rooms. Coffee and breakfast was convenient. Very nice, helpful staff. Would stay again. "

I was shocked to find a welcoming environment, a clean, quiet, and air conditioned common space, and a sparkling clean and cheerful women’s dorm with a secure locking closet and a few respectful and quiet occupants.
