"Pleasant greeting at check-in with helpful information about dining and entertainment options. Room was clean and came with a fridge and microwave which was pretty standard. Room was standard issue with no surprises. Reasonably priced. "

"The roombwas ok, plain, bare walls no coffee maker. The microwave worked well enough but didnt rotate. The tub/shower was clean but needed repair. They did not come make the bed or empty the trash once while we were there. Only 1 tiny trash can. The mattresses were very comfortable, the bedclothes were clean. The darkout curtains and AC worked well"

They went out of their way to check if we had left eye glasses in the room and followed up with housekeeping. Kept us up-to-date with their queries. Good customer service."
