"The carpet leading to our room smelt of dogs, our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Breakfast time was chaotic, the staff were not in control. We needed to wait for food, crockery and utensils. We later found out they were trying to cater for a coach full of people, who were also taking lots of food for their journey. Terrible, disgusting very unpleasant. We have stayed at your hotels before with no problems. "

"The Hotel is in a great location with easy on-street parking available, it is also in walking distance to the town center with nice restaurants and shops close by. "Nice and big room for its price .Bathroom is OK. Very clean as well. Wifi Is excellent . The bar didn't work , there are very few places to eat outside in the area , especially late in the evening. The room was very cold. Heating came on the second day but not enough. Otherwise convenient for my trip to the tv station, within walking distance. "
