"Excellent motel! This is an older motel that has been renovated. The room are large and well decorated. Very clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator with a large freezer area that I used with three cold ice packs. I left too early for breakfast, but the description sounded nice. I would stay there again."

"There are a lot of nice things about the hotel. The front room is nice, much of the furniture is nice. The outside doors require close attention to be sure they actually close, and the nice granite tables are in serious disrepair. One nightstand in my room wasn't attached to the granite slab wobbling on top. The desk is two sides, held together by the granite, but the legs on each side are separating from the top. "Nice little small-town hotel! Best in Carrollton MO! (trust me on that!) Also 'way better than any Motel 6 I've been in lately. I mostly stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels, not Motel 6, but sometimes ya gotta take what's available. I've stayed here before, but not for maybe 8-10 years? I would say not quite as good as HI-X but nice, clean, more modern design than the 'other' place in town and convenient for visiting my in-laws family farm nearby. "The sign says free breakfast, low rates, and a pool. None of that was true! Very dirty outside in the parking lot and the hallways. Various people sitting on hood of cars, others on plastic chairs in parking lots lending an unsafe feeling. The room was, however, fairly clean. "

"Room was clean and nicely appointed. Dinnerware and appliances were good with the exception of the coffee maker. Mattress and pillows were average. Shower head and tub faucet need immediate replacing. Unacceptable calcium build up on the shower head with limited range of motion. Rooms also need iron and ironing board. "
