"Nice, newly renovated house that is short walking distance from downtown Southern Pines. Perfect spot for a get-away with friends. Felt like we were one of the first groups to stay in the place since the renovation. Nice outdoor space with a firepit in the backyard. House has 4 BRs with 6 total beds and 2 full bathrooms.
