"The staff were exceptionally helpful. We can’t say enough about them. In particular Ivy went far out of her way on multiple occasions to help us out Much further out of her way than one could reasonably expect. But all staff, in particular front desk staff, were exceptional. The breakfast was very good as well. While the location is a bit removed from District 1 people tend to make too much of this. Both mornings we were there I walked into the centre of District 1 in less than 30 minutes....

"Reception staff is very friendly snd helpful. She gave us an upgrade to a bigger room. Breakfast is really good they have a menu and you can pick a variety of dishes. They make all the breakfasts once you order. Highly recommend!"

"Nice place. Overall comfortable and quiet. Good location. It was a little difficult getting into the elevators at times if a guard was not present. It is secure though. Elevators were very fast and quiet. There was some mold behind the bathroom sink on the caulking. Needs to be treated. I'll go for a larger place with a better view next time. This was very nice though. "

"Big issues with this booking - the buyer needs to be aware of: 1. Address does not exist - which can be pretty stressful when you head in from the airport 2. Once we managed after some time to get a representative from the property on the phone, they told us our booking existed but an apartment did not...but that his "friend" would come and meet us and take us to another property.. 3 more Dodgy? we are at this stage nervous but it was now 8pm, and the family needed somewhere to stay so what can...

"The staff are nice but the hotel offers no good value for money. What you see in the advertised pictures is far from what you get. Old, broken and not very clean facilities. The breakfast included in the booking turned out to be something they ordered ad hoc from the street. They need to revise their ad and make it less misleading. "
