"Quaint old fashioned room. Nice balcony. Courteous check-in. Only issue was current construction around train station - do not trust Google walking route as it takes much longer to detour. Go behind train station and up to hotel the back way. The route TO the train station is the route to use TO hotel as well."

"Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "

"Mine was a late checking around 10pm , hotel team made it so convenient for me , given clear instructions and when some thing is not working they able to give alternative immediatey , always answered my phone and great location with fine dining options at late hour as well , room is very neat and have all the required amenities - keep up the good work "

"Esperienza consigliata, lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile… A Mendrisio per lavoro ci vado spesso, l’albergo è molto comodo alla stazione, cosa che ho sfruttato per recarmi in centro. Ma anche per una semplice camminata al lago. Credo da come sto scrivendo si capisca la bella esperienza che ho passato ed infatti ho lasciato 5 stelle su 5."
