"When we arrived at 3 am receptionist was really friendly she gave us the key to our room,( room 13 ). The room was clean but very noisy. Complained but was told the hotel had no AC; yet the next day we were told it does have AC but no room with AC was available. The information given by reception was therefore misleading, and we should have been given a discount to reflect the reduced facilities. The Expedia listing is also misleading. "
