"Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Chitwan Safari camp&lodge entschieden. Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmerwände waren nicht verputzt, es gab keinen Strom im Badezimmer, kein warmes Wasser und die Klospülung lief die ganze Nacht. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da angeblich ausgebucht, ob wohl ein Großteil der Zimmer leer stand. Am nächsten Morgen bot man uns nach mehrmaligem nachfragen und drei Stunden warten schließlich ein verschimmeltes...

We were unable to be refunded by the new hotel that have taken it over and were forced to pay to stay somewhere. "Property looks awesome but the management seems poor. Staff are not well trained. The rooms werenot cleaned it has wall lizard and bathroom werenot cleaned. After a long day of tiredness if want to get to bed it gives you back ache. At last but not least breakfast was terrible."
