"Very good value for the money. Good price for white bed linen, bathroom very clean. Very good costumer services. The only problem is that we arrived late in the night and reception was closed with no visible sign that the check in is in the next door. I went there by chance. It was very stressing. "

The 3 young ladies working behind the desk during our stay were very nice and professional, always had time for me and my wife, nothing was too much for them, this kind of professionalism is needed in this industry, well done Ladies and thank you so much for your kindness."

"Basic rooms. No 24 hour reception so you have to use an emailed code at the gate to check in and pay plus get access and retrieve a front door/room access code. Except...for at least two days the card machine was not working which meant a call to the remote help desk - Ok but some operators don't spaek english. On getting in to the room - not a single towel and no loo paper! Another remote call to get the duty manager out! Not great :-("

"We entered the room and was immediately dissapointed.The bed felt like bricks and was dirty.The bunkbed had marginal room and was very uncomfortable.The room had a bathroom.The shower door was unusable and failed to open.The bathroom door didnt shut, had no lock.The floor was sticky. Although cheap at £20pppn. I would still have expected a bit more. "
