"I arrived at 7am on New Year's Eve and with a 3pm check-in had planned to drop my luggage, have breakfast and explore. However, Miriam and Savid were most helpful and got me into my room immediately. I had read a comment about the "inconvenience" of the bar/reception, but I had no issue with it on checking in or out. "Excellent location with easy access to public transportation. Walking distance to a discount supermarket, various cafes and dining options. Great value for the price! However, it would be nice if there were at least a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room versus keeping food in a shared fridge in the basement kitchen. "

"Most staff were nice, approachable, & helpful. A couple of the older staff seem disinterested, when issues arose,they didn't attempt to find try to find alternatives, they didn't indicate they were done trying to help us. Such strange interactions. Glad they have coffee & tea to make in the room & kettle. "

"The hotel itself is nice, seems to be the nicer in the area. It is conveniently located near the big train station and within walking distance to a large grocery store and several restaurants. The surrounding area however is terrible. Lots of unhoused sleeping on the streets across from the hotel. If was loud all night long, barely got any sleep. Staff really wasn't friendly. The hotel does have a lift."
