Good points: heating works very well, actually had to open balcony windows to cool down after switching it off. "The stay was fine. Very friendly staff etc., and very clean rooms. Just a couple of small criticisms though. 1. There was no hand wash for the basin and 2. the bath gel/shampoo was in those awkward to open little packets! 3. No tea or coffee in the room. On another note. Breakfast, for me, was a no go but this is not a critism as it is only what I have come to expect. Good hotel overall though and we would definitely stay again if passing that way in the future."

"This is a wonderful place to stay in the Alpuharra. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds and incredible views. The couple who runs it are sweet and kind and considerate. We had dinner and breakfast there which was delicious with all fresh local fare. The property has a nice pool overlooking the mountains. There is a 10 min trail down to the town which has good restaurants and lovely shops. Highly recommended! "

"The property is very basic, but clean. It is in a noisy location where there is a lot of noise from the street late at night. In the room you can hear every time someone else in the hotel flushes the toilet or walks around throughout the night, endless noise and we didn’t sleep very much. Having said all that, it was only £37 a night! What do you expect for that price. Overall it served a purpose for 1 night, but we would not return."

" Located well with really good views, we were given the mulhacen apartment which was at the top of the building so a few flights of stairs but so worth it.lovely 2 bedroom apartment with lounge and kitchen which was well equipped,lovely tereace outside to take in the ...views. Accessto building is close to a garage repair business but we could not hear anything so no worries. Short walk down the hill to the town and opposite is a great park which is handy as we have a dog. "Went with my 5 year old son - ski trip. Located quite far from the main square, so had to drive there every day. Room was clean and warm. Very basic. No duvets, just blankets. Dinner was excellent - proper home cooked food. Lots of choice. Breakfast - OK. Nothing warm. No meats or cheese either. Croissants, toast, cereals. We were on a half board basis and to our surprise we got given a packed lunch: basic baguette sandwich, nuts and a drink (coke/fanta/aquarius)."
