"The property for the price was nice. Chosen for its location close to the hospital. Being accosted by the smell of weed everytime I stepped outside the door was not so great. The rooms could use some freshening to help with the musty odor as well as a secondary lock besides the top latch, a deadbolt, do that anyone who comes across a key cannot just storm in. "
