"Good location for transport to bruges & hotel a good price. But no reception staff or facilities (time of year?). We had no power in the room 212. Got moved to the next floor, room 107, but no power there either or heating, so returned our stuff back to 212 where briefly he was able to get power on to.There was an emergency phone number, but we only found this the next day during the move on the 1st floor. "The place was clean, and the heating was excellent during our stay ( winter time ). The car park is excellent too. It is basically right next to our accommodation. We will definitely come back and use this accommodation again. Highly recommended!"
