"I didn’t know that or what an “extended stay” hotel was until I checked in. It was not listed here as one on this site unless I missed it. The check-in process was not as smooth as what I expected. The system to pay kept going in and out. I was given a key to a room that I had to view first “to make sure it was good” before getting an official room. I thought that was sketchy enough. When I went into the room, there were no silverware/cups/plates for the kitchen, the pillows were without pillow...

"The staff is extremely pleasant . Outside of not sleeping much since pillows smelled like sweat . Yes , pretty nasty to smell another persons head … obviously don’t use pillows so the place gets a knock on cleanliness. The employees are very kind and truly nice . "
