"The lady at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was incredibly cramped. There was almost no place to put anything and the bed covers look dirty. I would’ve appreciated a place to put my soap in the shower other than the floor."

"A Quintas Das Maceiras ist ein kleines feines Wohlfühl-Paradies inmitten von Apfelbäumen und Weinbergen. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Aber das was für uns den Aufenthalt zum besten während unserer Spanienreise gemacht hat waren die Herbergseltern Olga und Pedro. Mit ihrer freundlichen Unkompliziertheit und Zuvorkommenheit haben sie unsere Reise absolut bereichert. Muchas gracias"

"The room was beautifully decorated. The owner was very gracious and kind explaining everything about where to eat and directions to get there. It was a great location because it is just a block off of the Camino. Easy to find an easy to get started again."

"We are not sure if it was the hotel or the luggage transport company, but our luggage got misplaced. The hotel blamed us for not having it down in time, when ours was the first in the lobby."

"Tiny huts. Erratic hot water supply. Very sparse kitchen equipment. Beds only designed for short thin people. Cigarette buds everywhere on the grounds. Not terribly clean. Nice pool and good food and coffee in the local brasserie. "

"Terrible, no booking found for us. Would not accept the receipt record on website showing booking and that we had paid. Charge much more for a room than on website. Avoid No tv, damp, horrible beds. Will try and get money back "
