Its location is above a shopping Mall if you enter from the front of the street you have to get a lift up to reception which was a surprise when we arrived. Parking is very easy and is round the back of the hotel so you can enter the hotel at the rear direct into the reception. Location is perfect with everything within walking distance. "

"My family and I had a nice stay at Mama shelter. It was a quick walk and even quicker tram ride from the Pfaffenthan-kirchberg train stop. The hotel workers were friendly and held our bags until we were able to check in. They gave us ideas about things to do in the area as well as some restaurants. We ended up getting some pastries at the Mama bakery downstairs and they was fabulous! We slept well in a quiet room with two queen size beds. It was really nice to have a large room available in...
