"There wasn't anything we didn't like about this Boarders. It was very clean, quiet and the staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast had many options to pick from. We will stay there again when we are in the area. We really weren't too happy that my credit card was being charged $18.40 more than the invoice that Expedia had e-mailed to me but the last time I checked my card purchases, the original price was deducted instead. "I have stayed at this property many times each year for a long time. Fairly recently, it was renovated, and this meant adding an elevator to the second floor and refurbished rooms. The layout in each room is still much like the old hotel it really is, so the sink is right inside the door off the hallway, rather than being in the bathroom, and the electrical system in the rooms remains fairly antiquated. But of one primarily just wants a neat, clean convenient place to stay in the area, this one...

"This was a wonderful stay where the host truly thought of everything. She included so many little touches that went above and beyond your typical VRBO and was very communicative/responsive. We loved having s'mores at the fire pit outside and wish we could have stayed longer. One of the best VRBO hosts I have stayed with. "
