"Self check in. Kein Personal gesehen. An und für sich alles okay. Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Dann stört es auch nicht, wenn die Nachttischli fehlen. Was jedoch sehr stören war: Trinkgläser nur mit Putzlappen rundherum, oben gereinigt. Fettfinger Abdrücke unten.Echt ecklig!! Dazu war ein Glas gesprungen. Gut habe ich es vorher noch gesehen. Aber ansonsten war alles unkompliziert und okay."

"Our room was extremely clean and just what we needed. The hotel is located around 5-10min walk from the town centre and station. It is not really a hotel but a collection of rooms within what appeared to be a residential building but it was all very clean, efficient and modern. We would happily stay here again."

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. "I just want to say how much I appreciate this property. We arrived late but they have a 24/7 hotline on standby for clarifications and guidelines. They are very quick to reply to concerns. The check in was straight forward and easy. The room was very comfortable and super clean. Love the nice touch of adding a nougat on your bed as a welcome touch! "We were very happy with this hotel. It was a nice surprise. I loved the cleanliness and parking. The little extras were very nice as well. Water, tea, and fruit plus a few toiletries. "Even though it was cool outside, the room was not cooled down during the night as we couldn’t leave the balcony door open due to a lot of mosquitoes and bugs. Wish there were fans in the room! There were so MANY flies in the breakfast room and buzzing around bread and jam and such. And I’m not exaggerating at all. Wonder how clean everything is. "

"Horrible! The church next door rang bells every 30 minutes! Very, very loud! Food is restaurant expensive, very over priced!"

"Was a great stay, was actually the cheapest hotel room from our stay in Europe that week, but was still very comfortable, amazing location, and free parking garage. breakfast was very basic, though, no hot foods. Also with parking they only allow exit once, so if you plan to come in and out you will have to pay extra. Check in very easy using mailbox outside with code that was sent to us. "

"We are glad we chose this hostel for our one night stay. The only tricky part was finding the S21 to Trogen as it is past the train station near a corner and unmarked, but a local helped us. The hostel is a short walk down a steep incline from the Birnbaume stop. It is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The view from the cafeteria is lovely. Board the S21 back towards town to Marktplatz to visit the Cathedral and Abbey Library."

"A very clean hostel and friendly staff members. I forgot my slippers and walked around the room and toilet with my bare feet and didn't feel much dirt. Close to the Zurich lake with beautiful neighbourhood. It is a bit far from Zurich centre but overall a very good stay."
