"We had two adjoining rooms which we had to enter both rooms through the second room because one door lock didn't work. Our first room had a toilet that wouldn't flush because the handle was not connected to anything in the tank. In our other room, the toilet leaked water onto the bathroom floor. We were then switched to other rooms with no offer of compensation for inconvenience. "
