Though the staff should be better trained. Instead of rightaway charging breakfast for a child, staff should actually ask the parent for the age. "I made a reservation and showed up to the hostel and no one was there. There was a sign saying they'd return the next day. I called hotels.com, and they got a hold of someone. Staff showed up and checked me in. They turned on the aircon in my room later that night, and left for the night.
