"We have just checked out of this beautiful hotel and couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and has everything you need, the conjoined pub 'The Crows Nest' next door serves a fabulous menu and all the locals are very chatty and always so friendly. We were sad to check out as we had such a wonderful two days but would love to return in the future!"

It’s just so beautiful and peaceful, not too far from Oughterard if you need some cooking supplies, but out of town enough that you really feel one with the beautiful landscape that surrounds you. "STAY AWAY. This is by the far one of the worst stays I've ever had in all of my times traveling around the world. The listing stated their was a front desk with limited hours and a full Irish breakfast. When I called the number listed on the Expedia listing (which is a woman's personal cell phone), I asked about the breakfast and was blatantly lied to. I was told "We haven't had breakfast since COVID." The reviews on Expedia and Google show this is simply untrue. They were still serving...

"Loved the location and the front staff. We asked for a room off the busy street and they gave us a lovely room on the other side of the inner courtyard. Like everywhere we stayed in Ireland, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms offered a free movie and free internet connection, but you had to request a cable from the front desk. It was a bit disappointing not to have free wifi in the room for the cell phone."
