"After a very long trip to get there, I was greeted by the staff with "Oh sorry sir, your room will not be available for three days. Let us give you a different room until then." "Friendly staff, big rooms with cool temperatures. I wish the pool was open! My only other suggestion would be to build an additional layer of security to the front. In its current form, anyone can walk through the gate and up to your room. From that, I felt unsafe though I did not encounter any crime. Trip was very successful otherwise - thank you!"

"A good value. Hot water shower, air conditioning, cable TV, comfortable bed, and backup generator (used during periodic "brown outs".) Their restaurant is closed but there are three nearby restaurants that are good. Two within easy walking distance and the third is quickly reached by tricycle (local transport). "I only stayed 1 night, but this hotel is a disaster . Barely any running water, no toilet paper or soap or shampoo. Blood stains on pillow and sheet. No dead bolt on door . But the staff were decent and the food was good in their restaurant."

"I liked the overall facility. I like that they have a gate they lock at night. room clean and had air conditioning. Pools were clean. None of the water slides were on. that is one of the main reasons for a non 5 star review. The cheaper rooms are not the one in the main picture either. That is fine cause it was the cheaper room. "

"My family loves everything in Crusoe Cabins & the entire Casobe. There's just some minor thing to fix in the cabin where we stayed - the shower door is not closing properly thus water goes out of the shower area making the toilet area always wet & slippery. But overall the stay was great, we'll definitely come back. "

"Nice beach setting, nice pool, good air conditioning. The first room they gave me was bare bones, just a bed, and no wifi signal. They gave me a nicer room in the main building, but the bedroom and bathroom floors were dirty and sandy. The toilet had no seat and as you are sitting on the bare porcelain the sink is right in your face. "The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! "Over-crowded.Organized gambling and drinking parties till 4 am in the morning with very loud music and drunk aggressive customers shouting and making very loud noises it's not possible to sleep. The hotel management doesn't care and told us we need to accept it. I wouldn't recommend the Hotel for a relaxing diving trip at all."
