"Initially, we were a little concerned because there was only one review in English. My husband and I don't speak German and our daughter's German is passable; however, language was not an obstacle. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival, we were escorted to our lovely room and asked if it met with our approval; this was once a habit at hotels but in 2014 this courtesy is something unique.
