"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Great food in restaurant and bar, good sauna/spa (extra charge), good swimming pool, good location for the ski slope. Bedrooms dated and beds uncomfortable. Bus to take you into town. But for the price paid, will not be coming back"
